Overview
The Senior Specialist Digital Brand Marketing (International) will support digital brand marketing initiatives across Organic Social Media, Digital Innovation (focused on Gaming), and Social Commerce (notably TikTok Shop). Reporting to the Senior Digital Brand Marketing and Communications Manager, this role collaborates with global and local marketing teams to develop projects and campaigns for international markets, working with T1 directly-operated markets and supporting distributor markets worldwide.
The role acts as a connector between global strategies and local execution, ensuring alignment, consistency, and cultural relevance across channels and regions. It also seeks opportunities to scale successful initiatives across markets.
What You'll Do
- Organic Social Media & Quick-to-Market Content
- Support local market teams and agencies in activating organic social campaigns.
- Assist with content planning, briefing, and optimization to boost engagement and visibility.
- Facilitate content sharing and best practice exchange across markets.
- Monitor community management, ensuring responsiveness and brand tone adherence.
- Coordinate quick-to-market social opportunities based on global tools or local trends.
- Assess agency performance and KPIs.
- Digital Innovation & Gaming Activation
- Collaborate with the global team on digital and gaming activations.
- Manage end-to-end execution of international gaming campaigns.
- Track timelines, milestones, and support campaign reviews.
- Identify local innovation opportunities based on trends.
- Manage agency relationships for digital innovation projects.
- Social Commerce (TikTok Shop Focus)
- Develop guidelines and toolkits for social commerce campaigns.
- Coordinate with local teams and agencies on activation timelines and platform requirements.
- Support content briefs for social commerce campaigns.
- Analyze performance reports and share insights.
- Stay updated on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Brand Activation Support & Coordination
- Implement brand marketing plans across digital touchpoints.
- Ensure timely and relevant execution of digital initiatives.
- Coordinate asset delivery and adaptation with stakeholders.
- Align campaign timelines and milestones with agencies and teams.
- Maintain visibility of market activities to ensure alignment with global plans.
- Reporting & Insights Sharing
- Consolidate regional campaign data and KPIs.
- Summarize insights for teams.
- Communicate digital trends and performance updates.
- Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews for key countries.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, especially in organic social, gaming, or social commerce.
- Experience coordinating digital campaigns across stakeholders and markets.
- Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., TikTok Business Center, Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, AirTable).
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
- Experience with gaming campaigns and collaborations with game publishers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages like Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese are a plus.
- Culturally aware, collaborative, proactive, and able to work across time zones.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
- Positive, team-oriented, self-motivated, with ownership and accountability.
