Job description

You are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead scalable solution design utilizing Salesforce Health Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agent Force. Your expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, and integrations is crucial for driving digital innovation in healthcare with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.With a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience and at least 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects under your belt, you are well-equipped for this role. Preferred industry experience in Healthcare, Finance, Technology, or Education domains will be advantageous.In this position, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable Salesforce solutions primarily focused on Health Cloud. Intelligent automation through Einstein AI, AgentForce, and Next Best Action will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will build and customize applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Health Cloud.Your role will involve creating responsive, mobile-first UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), as well as designing secure and scalable integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Developing proof-of-concept solutions to showcase Salesforce innovations to internal stakeholders and maintaining best practices in coding, performance tuning, and security compliance are also part of your responsibilities.To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, particularly in Health Cloud and AI features. Holding relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II is a must.Joining this team will allow you to work on impactful Salesforce projects that leverage cutting-edge AI and Health Cloud technology.
