As part of their growth journey in Singapore, we are seeking ahigh-performing Sales Specialist& Senior Sales Specialist to join their wound care division — someone passionate about healthcare and driven to make a direct impact on patients’ lives.
Responsibilities
Become atrusted advisor to clinicians, providing tailored solutions and support in wound care management.
Build and executeterritory/account plansto expand market presence and defend existing business.
Deliver value throughin-depth product knowledge— both of client’s solutions and competitor offerings.
Maintain a structuredcall cycleto engage with HCPs effectively and maximize face-time with key stakeholders.
Support patients(occasionally in-home) to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and product usage.
Collaborate with the national team to implementgo-to-market strategies, events, and initiatives.
Keep all engagements well documented in the CRM system to maintain account visibility.
Represent the brand atindustry events, educational sessions, and clinical workshops.
Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
3+ years of proven sales successin medical devices, consumables, or pharma.
Strong track record ofterritory development and customer relationship management.
Deep understanding of theSingapore healthcare ecosystemand how decisions are made.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
