Qualifications

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in QA/QC-Bereichen, vorzugsweise im medizinischen oder pharmazeutischen Bereich.
  • Computerkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office sind erforderlich.

Responsibilities

  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Inspektionen gemäß den Verfahren.
  • Dokumentation aller Test- und Inspektionsaktivitäten im SAP-System.

Job description

Working hours: permanent night shift, 7pm to 7am, 2-2-3 pattern

Location: 15 Joo Koon Circle

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform uncured and cured elastomer tests per procedure.
  • Perform auxiliary / component incoming & mold-line in process inspection per procedure.
  • Perform semi-finish / finished goods inspection (visual / dimensional / document review) per procedure.
  • Perform incoming raw materials sampling and retain samples retrieval independently at an external warehouse, per procedure.
  • Ensure all preparations, test assessment, inspection, post activities and retain samples are accurate and adequately documented and controlled (e.g. SAP system, MS Office).
  • Ensure all related calibration activities are timely and appropriately performed before use.
  • Highlight daily quality defects & collaborate with production team to trigger early troubleshooting and recovery.
  • Escalate abnormal trends in product quality to team lead to trigger resolution.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks assignment in QC in the absence of Team Lead.
  • Other duties as assigned by superior.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferably Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering or relevant fields, and/or equivalent qualification.
  • Computer literate and good grasp of Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably 3-5 years work experience in QA/QC related activities.
  • Added advantage with SAP, cGMP, Basic Lean and/or ISO working experience.
  • Preferably with exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and positive thinking.
