Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical / applied psychology.
• Eligible for registration or registered with SPS and SRP in Singapore.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to provide compassionate and patient-centred care.
• Senior position will be considered for applicants with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic treatment plans tailored to patients' psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs.

• Design and conduct workshops, psychoeducation programmes, and/or group sessions for patients, caregivers, or the community.
• Contribute to mental health promotion initiatives and quality improvement projects within the department.
