Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. Production Associate I for its on-site facility in Benoi Sector, Singapore. You will develop and revise SOPs with cross-functional teams, ensure materials readiness, and operate equipment in a compliant, 5S-driven environment.

The role requires NITEC or Diploma with manufacturing experience (or strong secondary education with more experience), plus familiarity with SAP/ERP and PLC operations. Shift rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and PLC operations is a plus.

• Carry out production activities adhering to EHS and Quality guidelines and 5S.
• Operate machines/equipment to required specifications and ensure materials availability.
• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions with cross functional teams.
• Support improvement projects and assigned initiatives.

The Sr. Production Associate I is responsible to develop and revise standard operating procedure and work instructions in collaboration with cross functional teams as required. This position reports to the Team Leader, Production and is part of the Production Operation Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology;
• Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
• Develop and revise SOP and work instructions in collaboration with cross functional teams as required;
• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects
• Work in a team environment and liaise with cross functional teams as required on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment, On-Job-Training of new hires and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred;
• Secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered To meet daily production output, elevate line issues and quality.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Familiarity on Microsoft software and SAP/other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment or cleanroom environment)
• Basic knowledge in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations

Flexible working in rotating shift. Occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg in white room area
