Scope
As a Product Lead, you will collaborate with Senior Product Leaders, Development Teams, Customers, and key stakeholders to drive innovation in Blue Yonder Network Solutions for retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Your primary focus will be coordinating interoperability between BY Enterprise solutions (Planning & Execution) and the BY Network Command Center. You will own the product roadmap and deliverables for the BY Network Command Center solution, ensuring seamless integration and impactful enhancements.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Customers to gather Product requirements.
- Define and prioritize Product/Release Backlog and work closely with Scrum teams, UX, Product Owners to drive execution.
- Determine how cutting-edge technologies can be used to address customer requirements.
- Continuously release new features and gather customer feedback.
- Work with Product Director to understand the Product Roadmap, identify cross-product requirements, and collaborate with other product managers to ensure these are addressed.
What We Are Looking For
- BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a Product Management role working with Engineering teams.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring products to market.
- Experience working with machine learning, AI systems, Cloud, SaaS, and emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise companies, especially within complex supply chain networks.
- Ability to develop and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication with stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in supply chain technology.
- Present product demonstrations and provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize work for Scrum teams and manage changing priorities.
- Proven ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and influencing skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
- Willingness to travel (25-30%).
