Job Position: Sr / Patient Service Associate

Department: Nursing Ward

Job Description:

To provide clerical and support functions in the assigned block as well as the reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing and enquiries.

Requirements:

Competency:

  1. Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Comfortable to work in ward setting which is non-air conditioned. Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior role.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  1. GCE ‘N'/'O' Level or Diploma holder
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  3. Able to work on Saturday every 3 months (From 8am to 12 pm)
  4. Able to work flexible start time from 8am, 9am, or 10am with latest end time at 7.30pm
