Sr. Officer / Executive - Human Resources
    You will be joining our HR team as a Talent Management Specialist, where your primary role will involve developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within our organization. Your proactive approach to talent management will encompass talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.Your key responsibilities will include:Talent Acquisition:- Developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on sourcing and selection strategies- Managing the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiationsPerformance Management:- Overseeing the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms- Providing training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvementEmployee Development:- Designing and implementing employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives- Identifying and assessing the development needs of employees and creating tailored development plans- Monitoring the effectiveness of development programs and making continuous improvementsHR Analytics and Reporting:- Utilizing HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on talent management strategies- Preparing and presenting reports on talent management metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and development progress- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent managementTo qualify for this position, you should have:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or a related HR role- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent management strategies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in HR software and toolsIf you are passionate about talent management and have the required qualifications and experience, we would love to have you on our team.,
