Job description

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful professional to join our Technology Sector as a Senior Manager / Manager – Technology Strategy & Transformation.

This role is integral to supporting the Head of Technology Strategy & Corporate Functions in executing high-impact strategic initiatives, driving effective communication, and managing key sectoral priorities. You will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology management, business transformation, and enterprise-level governance, gaining broad and valuable exposure across the organization.

Responsibilities:-

Strategy Execution & Transformation Support

  • Coordinate the tracking and reporting of technology transformation initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Support the development of dashboards, management reports, and progress updates for leadership and governance forums.
  • Help drive consistency and alignment across workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones and key dependencies are managed

Communications & Presentation Development

  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials, briefing packs, and narratives for use by the CIO and Technology Leadership Team.
  • Draft clear, structured content for internal communication channels such as sector updates, leadership messages, and townhall materials.
  • Ensure communications are tailored to the intended audience and aligned with the sector’s tone and messaging.

Technology Management Support

  • Assist in organising and coordinating leadership team meetings, workshops and planning forums.
  • Support the team on sector initiatives related to budgeting, vendor engagement, workforce planning, and governance.
  • Help document and follow through on action items, decisions, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, division office, management consulting, or technology management roles.
  • Experience in a financial institution or technology division is an advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities, with an eye for detail. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; able to create clear, visually compelling presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High learning agility, adaptability and curiosity to understand business-technology dynamics.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage up, collaborate well, and work independently.
