Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the planning, management, and successful delivery of strategic projects across Southeast Asia.

You will drive customer satisfaction and growth while mentoring colleagues and applying AI-enabled delivery approaches to modern, intelligent implementations. You will lead complex technology programs, own end-to-end delivery, and manage governance across scope, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology programs across multiple countries within a regional SEA delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery with scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Manage fixed-price and sensitive projects with governance across scope changes, planning, cost control, risk, and quality.
• Develop and govern comprehensive project plans; track requirements through the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks; secure senior leadership alignment on key decisions.
• Interpret contractual obligations; ensure delivery aligns with terms and client expectations.
• Operate within consulting environments using structured delivery methodologies and client requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and manage escalations to drive outcomes.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership on Microsoft engagements; guide teams and influence decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams; foster accountability, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors to ensure delivery success.
• Navigate SEA delivery environments, adapt to regional practices and diverse teams.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities in the SDLC to improve delivery efficiency and innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement and adapt to ambiguous or changing environments for better customer value.
• Foster a customer-centric culture; coach and develop teams across AI, M365, D365 ERP and CRM programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure within a regional delivery model.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, contractual obligations, and commercial commitments.
• Manage fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects with strong governance across:
  • Scope and change management
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Financial management and cost control
  • Risk and issue management
  • Delivery execution and quality assurance
• Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive project plans, ensuring requirements are accurately defined, tracked, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks, making critical adjustments as needed and securing alignment from senior leadership on key decisions.
• Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, commercial terms, and client expectations.
• Operate effectively within consulting and solution implementation environments, applying structured project delivery methodologies while adapting to client-specific requirements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders, managing escalations, navigating complex situations, and driving successful business outcomes.
• Provide technical and delivery leadership across Microsoft solution engagements by:
  • Guiding delivery teams on best practices
  • Contributing to architecture and integration discussions
  • Supporting informed solution and technology decisions
• Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, maintaining delivery momentum, and mentoring team members to achieve high performance.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Navigate complex delivery environments across Southeast Asia (SEA), adapting to regional business practices, diverse teams, and varying customer expectations.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and emerging technologies within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver results in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance delivery performance and customer value.
• Foster a customer-centric culture while coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams across business units and practice domains, including AI, M365, D365 ERP and CRM programs.
