Sr. Manager, Product Management / Product Leader - 9 to 14 yrs | People Leader

Why Lytx:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with 9 to 14 years of experience to lead our industry-leading Driver Safety and Fleet Management Software. Our products handle vast data from over 1 million vehicles globally, utilizing Video Telematics, Machine Vision, and AI to generate intelligent insights across devices and vehicles.

In this role, you will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Lytx's video telematics cloud technology. You will engage with customers, internal teams, and engineering to identify market opportunities and align product investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute strategies for video telematics solutions, focusing on safety, efficiency, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and identify market opportunities.
• Cloud Development and APIs: Lead cloud initiatives, design and implement Restful APIs for seamless third-party integration, ensuring scalability and security.
• Data Security and Privacy: Ensure compliance with data security standards, work with security teams to mitigate risks, and promote a culture of privacy.
• Product Development and Launch: Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch, define requirements, and coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster an inclusive team environment, build relationships with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Tools and Processes: Implement agile methodologies and utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha! for product management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Product Management, with experience in cloud services, IoT, and hardware/cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with product management tools and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of video telematics, fleet management, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Must Have:

• Experience designing and managing REST APIs for cloud applications.
• Proven ability to integrate third-party applications into cloud-based IoT platforms.
• Experience migrating applications to AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of cloud, IoT architectures, and security/compliance standards.
