Job description

Job Summary:

"We Power the Magic!" That's our motto at Disney Experiences Technology & Digital. Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.

As the in-region Technology & Digital leader for Disney Cruise Line in Singapore, you will shape and execute the product strategy for our Singapore-based operations. You'll represent our global Technology & Digital team on-site, partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Operations, Entertainment, HR, Shipboard), and develop and drive solutions for best-in-class technology and digital experiences in partnership with remote delivery teams across multiple time zones.

This role sits within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, located in the Disney Cruise Line team in Singapore.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Regional Technology & Digital Leader

  1. Serve as the in-region strategic Technology & Digital leader for Singapore operations, aligning local business needs with the broader Disney Cruise Line objectives.
  2. Product Vision & Roadmap: Co-create a data-informed product vision and multi-year roadmap tailored to Singapore's market needs and operational priorities.
  3. End-to-End Delivery: Lead cross-functional squads (UX, engineering, QA) through Agile ceremonies—prioritize backlogs, remove blockers, ensure on-time, high-quality releases with global teams.
  4. Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Build strong relationships with senior leaders in Singapore (Commercial, Operations, Entertainment, HR, Shipboard) to translate regional requirements into technology solutions via structured business cases.
  5. Leverage your influence to align cross-functional teams, secure buy-in for priority initiatives, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  6. People Leadership: Directly manage a team of product managers and guide adjacent teams; set regional priorities, allocate resources, and foster a high-performance culture.
  7. Innovate & Scale: Identify opportunities for emerging technologies and process improvements; pilot proofs-of-concept in Singapore and scale successful solutions fleet-wide as appropriate.
  8. Develop and implement outcome-based products and roadmaps that align with strategic goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  9. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively surface and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges within the Singapore context; maintain clear reporting on key risks and mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  1. 10+ years of experience in product management with extensive experience working in technology, ideally with delivery and product management roles within a large, matrix organization (hospitality, travel, or related industries preferred).
  2. Minimum of 3 years managerial experience, proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing geographically dispersed teams.
  3. Skilled at connecting regional business priorities to global objectives; capable of crafting persuasive business cases and aligning stakeholders around clear, region-specific digital plans.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; adept at influencing senior leaders without direct authority. Experience in interpersonal relationships, mentoring, planning, and communication.
  5. Strong written, verbal, and research skills with the ability to work well both autonomously and collaboratively.
  6. Comfortable working across global site locations and time zones.
  7. Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience highly preferred.
