Job description

As a Sr. Manager, Partner Solutions Architect (PSA), you will manage a team of PSAs across APJ to develop a vibrant and rich ecosystem of Cloud & Consulting partners. This position will be responsible for strategy and programs that meet the core needs of our partners spanning enablement, market development, sales and delivery. In this endeavour he/she will collaborate closely with your Alliance Business Development team, Field Sales teams, Professional Services team and Enablement team to champion the cause of partners. He/She will command the respect of your technical team and build a capacity plan to meet the growing needs of our business and partners. To be successful you will need to be collaborative, process oriented, have an understanding of Data & AI and must have prior experience leading and collaborating with Cloud & Consulting partners.

The impact you will have:

  • Hire, enable and scale a team of Partner Solution Architects. Lead the team from front to develop a “can-do” attitude and a winning culture.
  • Develop scale programs to grow Databricks competency at Cloud & Consulting partners
  • Develop scale programs to address the market development, pre-sales and post-sales requirements of partners
  • Be a player coach and collaborate with team to achieve business outcomes. Understand Databricks technology and value proposition to effectively lead partner meetings, deliver webinars and present at Industry events.
  • Be an advocate for partners across key Databricks stakeholders
