Senior Manager, Partner Onboarding - Target Plus

Target Plus is a strategic initiative that offers meaningful guest experiences through a curated marketplace designed to meet current and future market trends.

The Onboarding team manages the critical early phase of the Partner lifecycle by overseeing onboarding activities to ensure Partner success on the Target Plus platform. The team collaborates closely with external vendors, integrators, category management, acquisition, and item teams to meet or exceed partner expectations.

Position: Senior Manager, Partner Onboarding Target+

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-10 analysts and process specialists, fostering cross-functional collaboration and coaching.
  • Oversee end-to-end Partner onboarding processes, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for partner success, including new partner setup and onboarding routines.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive technology initiatives, system efficiencies, and process improvements, focusing on automation.
  • Establish global process alignment, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and speed to market.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in leadership, partner success, and program management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an outcome-focused approach.
  • Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma, process and quality initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building and effective communication.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Process excellence, quality assurance, Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project management, data analysis, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
