Job summary

Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Singapore invites an experienced Sr Manager to support Corporate Development's roles in strategic management, partnerships, governance, and corporate services. You will shape strategic direction across units and engage stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has around 8 years in business/marketing, proficient in MS 365, and has healthcare or government sector exposure. You will lead data analytics, risk management, and events, contributing to IMH's mission and NHG

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in corporate development or healthcare.
• Strong communication, leadership, and writing skills.
• Experience in strategic management and partnerships is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Management framework across corporate, division/department, and unit levels.
• Build the department's data analytics and knowledge management capabilities.
• Develop staff capabilities in strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard.
• Lead development and execution of local and overseas strategic partnerships; evaluate MOUs and monitor obligations.
• Support funding applications for corporate partnership projects.
• Oversee Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and cluster-wide reporting.
• Provide secretariat support for leadership meetings and organise corporate-level events.

Job Description

Responsible for supporting Corporate Development's roles in Strategic Management, Strategic Partnerships, Governance, and Corporate Services.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive the Hospital's Strategic Management framework across corporate, division/department, and unit levels, covering Strategic Thinking, Strategic Planning, and Strategic Momentum.
2. Build the department's data analytic and knowledge management capabilities to support access to key strategic initiatives and information by internal stakeholders.
3. Develop staff capabilities in areas of strategic importance to IMH, including strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard framework.
4. Lead the development and execution of local and overseas Strategic Partnerships, including evaluation of partnerships, development of MOUs, and monitoring of obligations.
5. Support funding applications for appropriate clinical and non-clinical partnership projects.
6. Oversee IMH's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including consolidation and review of risks, engagement with department risk owners, training/awareness, and contribution to cluster-wide report.
7. Support the organisation of corporate-level events and provide secretariat support for IMH leadership meetings

1. Degree holder with approximately 8 years of working experience.
2. Business and marketing experience preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Excel and Word). Knowledge of statistics is advantageous.
4. Working experience in the healthcare and social sectors. Experience in the government sector will be a key advantage, but not necessary
