What this job involves:
  • The manager will be responsible for Business Development, CRM, Sourcing of Properties, and Transaction Management for Coliving, Student Housing, Senior Living, Educational Institutions (Schools, Colleges, etc.), and Healthcare Facilities (Hospitals, Maternity Centers, etc.).
  • Analysis of city demand & supply potential, including mapping demand clusters in different micro-markets considering business segments.
  • Assessment of specific demand centers such as large Tech/IT parks, SEZs, universities, colleges, large corporate offices, etc., and understanding the dynamics of demand in those geographies.
  • Assessment of the city/cluster supply structure: mapping existing properties, supply types, quantities, demand-supply gaps, pricing, and key dynamics, involving extensive market mapping and meetings with property owners.
  • Initiating conversations with property owners and suppliers to assess on-ground acquisition potential.
KPIs:
  • Meeting targets for sourcing properties in the city/micro-markets.
  • Efficiency of lead funnel management and client management.
  • Business growth from builders/developers.
  • Process adherence and timely reporting.
Sound like you? To apply, you need to be:
  • 8+ years of experience in real estate sales and/or builder B2B sales in leading real estate companies, property brokerages, IPCs, co-living operators, hospitality, edtech, healthtech, or schools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Well-versed with regional languages.
  • Ability to independently meet and influence property owners and developers.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any specialization.
