Job description:

Position: Senior Manager

Department: Finance

Job Responsibilities:

You will oversee the full spectrum of management accounting of the hospital. This includes ensuring the completeness and accuracy of NBS billings, reviewing of monthly Management Report and presenting of Management Report at Senior Management Meeting on quarterly basis. You are also responsible to review Financial Performance Review to Group Office, review budget preparation, plan for fee revision on regular basis.

You are expected to work closely with all departments to review Profit & Loss Statement and provide financial support, liaise with HQ to ensure timely and accurate closing and reporting of monthly & year-end closing, audit schedules and disclosures. You will also assist in ad-hoc projects and any other admin functions and duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

· Degree or professional qualification in Accounting recognized by ISCA.

· At least 10 years' experience in a management reporting position.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· PC literacy in MS Word / Excel, SAP Hana4 and Just Perform budgeting system.
