Sr. Manager- Business Development (BD) (Sector 132, Noida)

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional, titled "Sr. Manager- Business Development (BD)," who is proactive and entrepreneurial. This individual should excel at establishing high-level client partnerships and inspiring innovative engagement and sales approaches.

Your responsibilities include new business development and identifying opportunities for organic growth within PR and other integrated marketing capabilities such as Advertising, Brand Management, and Digital.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and nurture new business prospects, building strong stakeholder relationships to expand the agency's clientele with a customer-centric approach.
  • Apply creative thinking to improve business operations and strategically sell-in work.
  • Master business pitches, crafting compelling proposals that demonstrate expertise in customer-centric solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and identify their pain points to offer suitable Marcom solutions.
  • Close sales by understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of Marcom strategies including PR, advertising, and digital media.
  • Exhibit strategic and commercial acumen to deliver profitable growth, managing a large portfolio with autonomy and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development at a senior level.
  • At least 10 years of related agency experience with a passion for marketing.
  • Experience working within a multi-agency ecosystem (creative, media, digital).
  • Ability to identify opportunities, risks, and solutions for organic growth.
  • Experience working with senior marketing and communications clients.
  • Experience managing large portfolios, including resourcing and revenue planning (desired but not essential).
  • Proven success in leading campaigns and closing deals.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
