Job summary

Subway Singapore is seeking a Sr. Manager Analytics & Insights to lead analytics support across the APAC region, turning sales, marketing, operations and franchise data into actionable insights that drive profitability and data-driven decision-making.

You'll partner with business and functional teams, build dashboards and reporting frameworks, and help prepare performance updates for APAC and global leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in consulting, business or data analytics with strong business and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with SAS, R or Python and familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis, reporting and insight generation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, profitability, pricing and operational data to deliver actionable insights and executive-ready reports for leadership and franchisees.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into analysis, supporting forecasting, scenario modelling, QBRs and Annual Brand & Business Planning.

• Deliver ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations to support leadership decisions.
• Research market, consumer and category trends to inform commercial and marketing strategy.

We are looking for a Manager, Analytics & Insightsbased out of our Singapore office.

About the role:

Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field

• Proficiency in SQL required; experience with SAS, R or Python and familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis, reporting and insight generation
• Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to manage ambiguity and work cross-functionally
• Technical Proficiencies: Software (Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
