Subway, the world's leading sandwich brand, is seeking a Manager, Analytics & Insights for our Singapore office. Reporting to the APAC Director, this role leads analytics support across APAC, turning sales, marketing, operations and franchise data into actionable insights that drive profitability and data-driven decisions.

You will partner with business teams, build dashboards and reporting frameworks, and prepare performance updates for APAC and global leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 4-6 years' experience in consulting, business or data analytics with strong business and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in SQL required; experience with SAS, R or Python and familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline analysis, reporting and insight generation.
• Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to manage ambiguity and work cross-functionally.
• Technical proficiencies: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for results.
• Strategic, commercial, and impact-focused.
• Agile, decisive, and comfortable with change.
• High integrity and strong collaboration skills.

We are looking for a Manager, Analytics & Insights based out of our Singapore office.

About the role:
