Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in import/export control within semiconductor industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional perspectives.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels.
• Experience with international logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Certifications in Customs/Trade/ DG handling or related fields are a plus.
• Digital acumen including data analytics and AI-powered tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Transportation Management Monitor inbound and outbound shipments. Analyze freight costs and carrier performance. Track shipment delays and implement corrective actions. Optimize transportation routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail).
• Supply Chain Analysis Analyze logistics data and KPIs. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Support supply chain network optimization initiatives. Conduct root cause analysis for service failures.
• Cost Optimization Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities. Analyze freight spend and budget performance. Support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations. Track savings from consolidation, mode shifts, and process improvements.
• Order Fulfilment Monitor and track shipment status resolves custom and compliance issues Ensure final delivery and order fulfilment
• Reporting & Performance Management Develop logistics dashboards and reports. Track key metrics such as: On-Time Delivery (OTD) Freight Cost per Unit Transit Time Inventory Turns Warehouse Productivity Carrier Performance
• Risk & Compliance Management Monitor shipment security and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to customs regulations and trade compliance. Support risk mitigation and business continuity planning. Manage logistics audit findings and corrective actions.
• Systems & Data Management Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Support system enhancements and process automation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Leverage Artificial Intelligence to analyze Data and generate Reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands‑on experience in import/export control within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate situations from both shipper and logistics service provider perspectives.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and all organizational levels.
• Experience working with international and global logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Professional certifications in Customs, TradeNet, Dangerous Goods (DG) Handling, Trade Compliance, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrates strong digital acumen, including proficiency with data analytics tools and a working knowledge of AI‑powered tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Preferred Competencies:
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize logistics processes.
