You will often serve as a technical authority, mentor team members, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges working within an established, highly accomplished department that consistently achieves world-class results.Key Responsibilities Lead a Team of Engineers and Designers on a project. Schedules and monitors work plans consistent with prime contract requirements. Support Department Manager in hiring resources for the projects. Reviews and coordinates documents from other disciplines, customers and outside agencies. Participates in constructability review with USA Team. Identifies and recommends work process improvement. Participates in technical review meetings for conflict resolution in field and at suppliers. Supervises all activities of CSA on projects of relatively Large size and complexity. Interpret and apply industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverables. Review geotechnical reports and integrate findings into foundation and civil designs. Develop and track work schedules in line with prime contract requirements. Lead technical discussions with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and solutions. Ensures compliance with Project Quality Plan.
