Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Conduct laboratory testing in clean room environments, including microbiological air, surface, and particulate matter tests, as well as water and final product testing such as Bacteria Endotoxin Test and Bioburden Test, supporting manufacturing operations.
3. Maintain laboratory equipment, qualify test procedures, validate processes, and participate in improvement projects like microbiological media qualification.
4. Ensure compliance with EHS procedures and requirements.
5. Support sterilization studies, including steam qualification studies.
