As a Senior IT Analyst, Data/SAP BI, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing data to facilitate our business intelligence initiatives. Your expertise in data management and SAP BI tools will be instrumental in providing valuable insights and driving data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our data management and reporting efforts.

You will report directly to our IT Director and work out of the Bangalore location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage data to facilitate business intelligence initiatives
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SAP BI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights

Qualifications:

• More than five years of experience in information architecture or five to seven years as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with data and analytics management programs
• Strong experience with metamodels, taxonomies, ontologies, and structured data modeling
• Expertise in data warehouses, lakes, marts, and ETL processes
• Knowledge of enterprise data models and governance
• Experience in user experience modeling, information design, and concept generation
• Familiarity with architectures and protocols like SSID, SSIS, ODBC, JDBC, UDM, event-driven architecture, real-time data flows, non-relational repositories, data virtualization, and cloud enablement
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
