Sr Integrated Marketing Specialist
Bell Flight has an opening for an Integrated Marketing Specialist located at our Bell Textron Singapore office. In this pivotal role, you will serving be all areas of the business as part of an in-house marketing agency andwe are looking for an experienced specialist who thrives on scoping, recommending, developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and projects. You will work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position is responsible for developing, integrating, facilitating, project-managing, and executing impactful marketing and communications campaigns and their components to deliver optimized marketing results.
What you’ll be doing as a Sr Integrated Marketing Specialist
- Serves as a highly skilled and trusted strategic campaign and project management professional who influences strategy and flawlessly executes integrated campaigns and their specific tactics on brand, on time and on budget.
- Develops, integrates and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns to support strategic business sales goals as well as builds and maintains collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and functions to achieve strategic pursuits. This includes working with aftermarket and civil leadership teams to prioritize marketing campaigns and sales support initiatives.
- Provides day-to-day exemplary marketing campaign tracking and tactical execution for our Civil and aftermarket/support partners/stakeholders.
- Collaborates with broader marketing, communications and sales teams to execute marketing, communications, sales support, advertising and other campaign elements with KPIs in place to effectively engage target audiences.
- Creates and provides campaign/project presentations and reports to drive outcomes directly supporting campaign efforts, supports keeping stakeholders informed from scoping to execution to evaluation and assembles feedback from stakeholder groups.
- Establishes, executes and maintains campaign presentations, leverages CRM (Salesforce.com), Marketing Automation (HubSpot) and Monday.com management tool for campaign and project management.
- Works with content creators to align content to channels, audiences and ensures all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Facilitates internal and external channel content and message distribution across different teams to ensure message integration, consistency, reach and performance.
- Owns completion of kick-off, reviews, approvals, and schedule management for all campaign/project initial, interim, and final deliverables.
- Analyzes schedules, identifies obstacles, re-prioritizes, and refines execution processes to uphold deadlines and produce desired outcomes.
- Works with internal creative, production, content, communications, and other teams to develop the assets needed for various campaigns and projects being executed as well as completes other projects as assigned.
Skills You Bring To this Role
- Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Understands integrated marketing and the impact it makes enabling sales.
- Experience setting campaign objectives, defining targets, identifying audiences, setting and measuring KPI’s, channel selection and optimization, audience touchpoints/engagements, amplifying on-brand materials and tone of voice.
- Able to accurately set/track budgets, select marketing and advertising channels, track metrics, and optimize strategy and tactics based on performance data.
- Builds credibility and trust among cross-functional teams, capable of articulating and pitching ideas and perspectives through direct and indirect influence.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and is an optimistic, team player with a relentless commitment and passion for delivering marketing results and superior brand experiences.
- Goal oriented self-starter that welcomes a highly collaborative, dynamic work environment as well as agile, resourceful, and responsive to change.
- Software: Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Salesforce and others.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Role will reside in Singapore, 15% travel.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, advertising, communications, public relations or other relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or company managing advertising campaign projects and client deliverables.
- Preferred: helicopter or fixed-wing aviation experience.
