Job description

    Lytx is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the India HR function and support the mission of making the world's roads safer. As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning global and local HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will serve as a foundational leader in establishing and nurturing the team in India while acting as a vital bridge to the US Headquarters.Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the local HR team, partnering closely with the US-based HR leadership team, and managing talent management and development programs specifically for India employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian labor legislation, localizing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR leadership, excellent business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a global environment. You should have at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a people leadership role, and a solid understanding of India labor laws and compliance matters. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization are essential for this role.This position requires a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and the ability to work in both office and remote/hybrid settings in Bangalore, India. A fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Kannada/Hindi being advantageous.
