About the role

Dyson B2B is a dedicated channel where Dyson products are sold for purposes of primary usage in business settings. It is the channel responsible for sales of Airblade (hand dryers) in construction and real estate development, professional beauty products in luxury hotel suites and salons, and range of consumer technology products in hospitality, salons, universities, workplaces, and other business sectors.

The role is accountable for driving sales results, establishing and managing relationships with key accounts, sales partners, distributors and market collaborations.

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual delivery of global sales results for the full B2B product range including Airblade, Professional Hair Care, and Consumer Technology products in business environments.

Lead and manage B2B sales efforts in collaboration with market B2B teams, ensuring effective enablement, support, and motivation to deliver sales targets.

Develop, execute, and monitor top-line sales strategies for key business verticals such as Hospitality, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage, and others.

Build, lead, and manage relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary commercial touchpoint and developing long-term, productive partnerships.

Manage B2B sales partners and distributors as needed, driving performance and ensuring execution aligns with global and local strategies.

Directly engage in complex sales opportunities, leveraging strong B2B selling experience to win significant contracts and projects.

Drive commercial performance KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance business profitability.

Acquire in-depth product knowledge and work with B2B marketing and product specialists to apply compelling, solution-based selling messages for B2B customers.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, digital and aftersales teams, to ensure alignment on strategic priorities, market needs, and execution plans.

Maintain a results-oriented approach with a strong focus on overcoming obstacles, problem-solving, and finding innovative ways to succeed.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, creating long-term productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

About you

Holds a degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline with >10 years experience.

Robust B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of delivering targets, ideally in relevant industries such as technology, hospitality, or beauty sectors.

Hands-on experience managing key accounts, sales partners, and distributor relationships in a global or regional context.

Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of P&L drivers and sales growth KPIs.

Proven ability for consultative selling and multi-party negotiations.

Highly driven to deliver results and able to work autonomously to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Collaborative team player able to build trust and strong working relationships, internally and externally.

Excellent problem-solving abilities; thrives in challenging situations and finds innovative paths to success.

Curious, quick learner, and willing to continuously develop product, market, and industry expertise.
