Job summary

Borr Drilling is seeking a motivated finance professional to assist the Deputy Director, Finance in the development and implementation of funding models for population health activities. The role requires expertise in financial modelling and analytics, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams. Ideal candidates will have a degree in finance or accountancy, with relevant experience, particularly in the healthcare sector being highly desirable.

Job Purpose


To assist the Deputy Director, Finance in the following:

  • Financial modelling of the Group’s selected strategic initiatives and provide support to various cross-functional stakeholders within NHG;
  • Develop and implement a population-based funding model (including determination of funding principles, methodologies and rates) to support population health activities/ programmes;
  • Review population health funding requests as well as new population health and/ or primary care patient payment proposals;
  • Review adequacy of funding for national population health schemes and provide Finance operational support for the implementation of some of these schemes;
  • Consolidate, monitor and report overall population health funding utilisation as well as related financials of various population health initiatives/ programmes;
  • Work with various Finance stakeholders to prepare for the implementation of new Financial accounting system; and
  • Handle any other work in relation to population health financing and other financial related matters as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • Education/Training/Experience

5.1 A recognised degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.

5.2 Proficient in financial modelling/ simulation.

5.3 Proficient in business analytics including use and interpretation of basic statistical methods and reports.

5.4 High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

5.5 Relevant working experience in healthcare would be a bonus.
