The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical knowledge, and experience in ethnic wear.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop innovative lehenga and saree collections based on market trends. Work on fabric selection, embroidery, embellishments, and detailing to enhance designs. Oversee the entire design process from concept to production. Collaborate with merchandisers, production teams, and artisans to ensure quality output. Keep up with the latest fashion trends and implement new ideas. Work on custom orders and special collections as per client requirements.
