Responsibilities:

1. Oversee monitoring, operation, maintenance, daily inspection, and checklists for Facility Systems including Centralized Water-cooled and Air-cooled air-conditioning systems, ACMV, CDA, Deionized Water, Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Reclaim, Glycerin Water, Process Cooling Water, Exhaust Fans, and Gaseous and Electrical Distribution systems.
2. Perform data analysis, calculations, and generate reports.
3. Resolve daily operation and maintenance issues.
4. Manage external contractors and vendors for projects and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance.
5. Propose and implement system improvements, ensuring contractor compliance with requirements and schedules.
6. Coordinate with co-workers, internal, and external stakeholders.
7. Work with external agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations.
8. Be flexible to work at multiple sites across Singapore.

Job Requirements

• B.Eng or Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in cleanroom systems; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Facility Systems and Engineering.
• Team player with proactive and independent work attitude.
