Job description

    The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong academic background with a degree in Any Graduate / B.Sc / B.Tech. A Professional Qualification in PGHRM would be preferred. You should possess 3 to 6 years of organizational experience, preferably in the manufacturing domain.As a Recruitment & Selection specialist, your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to recruitment policies and processes throughout the recruitment and selection process. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates using various platforms, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions. Additionally, you will be required to perform job and task analysis, schedule interviews, and maintain contact with offered candidates until their joining.Collaboration with Functional Heads to formulate job descriptions & specifications, preparing offer letters, conducting joining formalities, and onboarding processes will be part of your role. You should establish good rapport with candidates and stakeholders, ensure compliance with recruitment expenses budget, and maintain recruitment metrics.The successful candidate should possess strong disciplinary traits, departmental integrity, and team handling skills. Technical and non-technical recruitment experience in the manufacturing domain is a must. A drive for results, willingness to work beyond stipulated hours, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel, and persistence in structured and documented work culture are essential for this role.,
