About Department and Purpose of the Position

The Senior Executive / (Senior) Assistant Manager will be responsible for the management of assigned clinical service(s) across the continuum of care, and achieving stated outcomes in customer service, volume & financial targets, processes, and learning & growth perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Operations & Business Management
  • Manage service point operations assigned at outpatient clinic including:
    - Work with stakeholders to streamline billing, system, or process workflows.
    - Oversee daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative/operational matters, and partnering with the Clinic Manager to solve system and process problems.
    - Achieve targets for the clinical services assigned and develop business plans to ensure goals are reached.
    - Support outpatient clinics, including procurement and management of logistics needs.
  • Plan, develop, and execute data management strategy, reporting/dashboard automation to facilitate data-driven decision-making and meet departmental strategic needs.
Business Management
  • Responsible for achieving volume and financial targets for the clinical services assigned and developing business plans with clinical department/division heads to meet goals.
  • Scope includes annual financial budgeting, regular reviews, and development of new business initiatives.
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Disseminate and implement hospital policies & procedures.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are current.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a recognized institution with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Has initiative and can work independently.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred but not compulsory.
