About Department and Purpose of the Position

Reporting to Senior Manager, NUHCS, you will provide administrative and logistical support for the daily operations within the department.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support for daily operations and administration such as billing adjustment, form submission, data entry and analysis and distribution of materials and supplies to clinical areas
• Monitor and support bed management activities in the Wards as required
• Track, monitor, and process invoices for consumables utilized in clinical areas
• Work closely with industry partners to establish loan agreements and procurement contracts for items used in clinical areas
• Ensure that operations at clinical areas comply with regulatory guidelines e.g. GN27, lead apron screening, radiation monitoring, new product evaluation, IT and equipment compliance checks etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Diploma preferably in Business Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry
• Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems in daily work
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and experience of hospital procurement processes is preferred
