Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a technically focused leader to advance metrology and AI-driven manufacturing initiatives.

You will lead global tool strategies, collaborate with RDA and Metrology suppliers, and drive innovation across fabs to improve quality, yield, and productivity. This role requires shaping supplier roadmaps, managing escalations, and deploying data-driven decision making to strengthen Micron's roadmap and manufacturing robustness worldwide.

• Enable qualification, deployment, and optimization of advanced metrology and inspection technologies.
• Collaborate across worldwide fabs to improve quality, yield, productivity, and manufacturing robustness.
• Influence supplier roadmaps to address future technology challenges and business needs.
• Manage technical escalations, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers.
• Drive AI-driven transformation across RDA and Metrology by leveraging AI to accelerate innovation, enhance operational efficiency, improve manufacturing performance, and enable data-driven decision-making
