Job description

What you will be working on:

1. Monitor progress of the implementation of sewerage expansion/relief projects and provide updates when required.
2. Arrange, coordinate, and perform secretariat duties for sewer expansion project meetings.
3. Consult relevant authorities including HDB, LTA, URA, etc., to obtain their in-principle no objections for the proposed sewerage expansion/relief projects.
4. Develop cost norms and maintain an updated database of cost norms for estimating the cost of proposed sewerage expansion/relief projects.
5. Develop cost estimates and draft papers to seek funding from relevant authorities such as MSE, MOF, for sewerage expansion/relief projects.
6. Plan expenditure phasing and work out project implementation schedules, including timelines for approvals at different stages, as well as providing planning inputs to CAPEX budget provisions.
