Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 3 is seeking an experienced wafer process engineer to develop and refine manufacturing processes for semiconductor devices.

You will craft process formulations, assess quality controls, and work to meet product specifications in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least four years of wafer process experience, with a strong emphasis on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
• 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
• Create, analyze and review technical charts
• Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Shift: Normal / Swing Shift
