Position Summary

The Senior Director of Sales is a remote-based role responsible for direct selling of Retail Space Solutions / Trade Fixtures brand products to a pre-defined list of customers within a specified sales region in the Western U.S. This role requires previous sales leadership and external sales experience, managing a territory with over 30 grocery/mass merchandiser target customers. Ideally, the candidate will reside near a major customer or city (e.g., Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston) to facilitate travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate organic sales within target grocery and mass merchandiser customers, achieving or exceeding the sales quota.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and manage outside sales resources effectively.
  • Prepare and review sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date customer profiles using CRM tools.
  • Develop regional growth strategies focusing on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and provide updates on customer needs and market activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with retail grocery and mass merchandisers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with up to 50% travel.
Work Environment

Primarily remote with regular hours (8AM-5PM) and some variation for projects. Travel up to 50% of the time.
