Job description

You will be a Sr. Coordinator in the Assessment QA department at SVKMs NMIMS Centre for Distance and Online Education (NCDOE) in Mumbai. Your main responsibility will be to support the Director CIQA in the development and evaluation of assessment tools, such as tests, exams, quizzes, assignments, and case studies, to effectively measure students" learning outcomes.Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and assessing existing assessment tools, implementing quality assurance procedures to ensure consistency and standards, designing and implementing new assessment tools, monitoring assessments to align with learning objectives, analyzing student performance data, generating assessment reports, providing feedback to faculty and administrators, collecting and disseminating statistics about assessment quality, preparing regulatory reports, and facilitating staff training on quality assurance procedures.You will interact with internal stakeholders such as university departments, students, agency, and vendors, as well as external stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role that requires understanding of quality assurance norms, attention to detail, collaborative work, knowledge of relevant software and tools for data analysis, adaptability to digital trends, time management skills, ethical behavior, and commitment to quality improvement.Ideally, you should have a Master's degree in education, instructional design, quality assurance, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of work experience in education quality assurance or accreditation. Experience in assessment review in an educational setting, knowledge of educational standards and data analysis techniques, and familiarity with learning management systems and digital content creation tools would be advantageous.,
