Job description

Role: Sr. Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in Finance & Accounts domain with expertise in Digital Transformation and SaaS implementation

Domain: Finance and Accounts (P2P, R2R, O2C)

Skills: Digital Transformation, SaaS implementation, Ariba, Coupa, SAP-VIM, Xelix, Basware, Workflow, ServiceNow, OTC (Rimilia, HighRadius, Esker, Seralla, Celonis), RTR (BlackLine, Trintech, FloQast), workflow solutions like BlackLine, HighRadius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights. Familiar with digital transformation, AI, automation, accounting, accounts receivable.

CTC: Up to 20-25 LPA

Notice Period: Up to 60 days

Work Arrangement: Work From Office, US shifts, 5 days/week, 2 days rotational off, accommodation provided for 7 days

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead digital solutions in RFPs and new client pursuits, articulating tech solutions, approach, and methodology.
2. Perform gap analysis of F&A practice offerings and identify solution development opportunities.
3. Craft proposals involving tech levers, AI, and automation.
4. Lead client discussions on F&A solutions, technology, ERP gaps, AI, automation.
5. Drive transformation across client engagements, including process design, business requirements, and solution fitment.
