The role covers OS reboot, reinstallation and recovery, incident response, and ongoing operations support to keep enterprise systems reliable and secure.

Responsibilities

• The Cloud Server Operations Engineer ensures the timely SLA-based resolution of server fault tickets, which may involve cross-team collaboration and vendor coordination.
• Performs OS reboot, reinstallation and recovery when required to restore services.
• Manages on-call tickets, troubleshooting and operations recovery management to maintain system availability.
