- Integrate global best practices into regional programs, adapting content for local markets where necessary.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to assess training needs, define success metrics, and influence Pinterest's learning strategies.
- Build effective communication channels to ensure external Sales Partners are aware of any new / updated training materials, product launches, and sales initiatives.
- Equip Sales Partners with resources and ongoing education as necessary to support them in an everchanging product / industry landscape.

- Experience developing scalable learning programs that empower sales teams to excel.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality training solutions on time within Pinterest's dynamic environment.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear, engaging, and instructionally sound content that supports Pinterest's sales objectives.
- Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and familiarity with go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) in a fast-paced environment.
