This role sits within the Program Management team in the SMB & Channel sales team. As a Senior Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales enablement experience for Pinterest’s rapidly growing Global Sales Partner (Reseller) sales team, which is a team of external sales representatives. In this high-impact role, you’ll design and implement scalable sales and product enablement programs that align with business goals and drive product adoption. You’ll be the central liaison between our external Sales Partners, Channel Sales Leadership and other SMB enablement teams to ensure consistency and scalability of enablement programs.
