The SMB & Channel team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager who is passionate about making business operations, tools, and processes more efficient and effective. This person will work with our internal sales leadership team to drive success through external Sales Partners (Resellers) in markets all over the world. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements, scoping central processes/tools, driving alignment, automating workflows, and leading the implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate is action-focused, data-driven, and loves breaking down problems and delivering large projects end-to-end. You will collaborate across cross functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing) and act as a central data-driven program manager leading alignment on and execution of operational processes, systems, and workflows for our Sales Partner teams.

What you’ll do:

  1. Lead sales process optimisation for your market through process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
  2. Examine process flow to identify opportunities for improvement, estimate impact and investment required, and partner with key stakeholders to define the should-be process.
  3. Project manage end-to-end process optimisation from requirement scoping to implementation.
  4. Increase understanding and adoption of core and critical processes across key audiences.
  5. Define problem statements and collaborate with technical partners to build solutions that scale.
  6. Support analysis and assessment of new tools that can help the team continue to scale and automate processes.
  7. Align with Sales Leadership on strategic initiatives/programs and customise a go-to-market approach for regional markets.
  8. Surface learnings and best practices to the global Program Management team.

What we’re looking for:

  1. 5+ years experience in business/customer operations, technical project management, or program management (specifically within SMB and advertising preferred).
  2. Bachelors' Degree in Business or any relevant course of study.
  3. Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred (Bonus: experience with Medallia, Calendly, Gong administration).
  4. Strong command of the English language.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to establish shared goals and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  7. Experience in project managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale process redesign or systems implementation.
  8. Strong analytical skills; experience breaking down ambiguous data problems to deliver insights.
  9. Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and balance multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of productivity and detail orientation.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  1. We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  2. As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
