In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Configure, modify, and maintain security rules across enterprise firewalls including Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate.
• Manage Network Address Translation (NAT) configurations and firewall policy updates
• Conduct firewall policy clean-ups to ensure optimal performance and maintain audit compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams for change management processes, ensuring changes follow security protocols and organizational standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex firewall and network security issues with a methodical and analytical approach
• Exposure to tools such as Algosec, Kibana, Grafana
• Exposure to automation scripting using Python and API integrations

Requirement

• Minimum 8 years firewall operations and/or management role
• Proven hands-on experience with enterprise firewall platforms: CheckPoint, Palo Alto, and FortiGate, VPN Technologies, DNS, NTP, 2 Factor Authentication technologies.
• Strong knowledge of firewall policy management, NAT concepts, and change control procedures
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-availability network environments.
• Deep understanding of security best practices, threat mitigation, and compliance frameworks
• Certification: CCSA, CCSE, PCNSE, ITIL Foundation preferred
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team player.
