Job Description

This is a 1-year contract; no relocation assistance is offered. Benefits coverage may vary for contractual positions.

Core Responsibilities

As a Senior Advisor, you will deliver consistent service to all employees at the LEGO Group, aligning with our values.

Benefits, Learning, and Absences Administration (80%)
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as level 2 contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrollment.
  • Oversee employee training and development program administration, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion and certifications.
  • Manage absence processes, including leave requests and legal compliance.
  • Support engagement and retention strategies through learning opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations related to benefits and absences.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, training effectiveness, and absence trends for strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to manage benefits offerings and resolve issues.
Employee Master Data Management (20%)
  • Administer employee master data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support onboarding with new hire data entry and updates.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure data integrity during employee transitions.
  • Generate reports and analytics for management.
  • Assist in data management policy implementation and maintenance.
Team and Organizational Context

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) delivers HR and Finance services globally from Monterrey, Kladno, and Singapore, supporting our growth strategy.

As part of BSO, you will work in a professional environment emphasizing quality, learning, and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements
  • 3-5 years HR experience in Employee Lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of APAC HR policies and legislation; knowledge in time & attendance is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Confident presenter to middle management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Workday experience is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project planning and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, thorough follow-through.
  • Collaborative team player with strong English skills; Mandarin/Vietnamese is a plus.
