Job description:

Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of management accounting of the hospitals, including preparing the yearly operating budgeting, costing of clinical services, and analyzing & reporting of financial performance of departments on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  2. You are expected to work closely with departments to provide financial support, liaise with NHG HQ and Finance Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly & year-end activities.
  3. You will also assist in any other admin functions and duties assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Proficiency in financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies.
