Job description

【Key responsibilites】

  1. Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the European entity/entities.
  2. Ensure compliance with European and local tax regulations (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, etc.).
  3. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with law.
  4. Coordinate audits and liaise with external advisors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Develop and monitor financial forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
  6. Collaborate closely with the Singapore HQ finance team and support group-level consolidation.
  7. Provide finance and tax advisory on cross-border operations and transactions.
  8. Support corporate banking, treasury management, and payment control.

【Requirements】

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial and tax management, preferably in multinational or cross-border settings.
  3. Acquire European and Nordic tax and financial regulations.
  4. Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English due to frequent communication with Chinese HQ.
  5. Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote/multi-country environment.
