JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive Wealth Advisor Competency growth through strategic planning, goal setting and performance management in collaboration with Segment Leaders
- Coordinate development and implementation of WA Training Programmes in coordination with local WM Learning & Development and Maybank Academy
- Provide coaching, guidance & support to local WM in introducing WA competency standards in the region
- Work closely with other SP13A COEs to identify initiatives that require WAC COE assistance to ensure training and on-the-job support is factored in roll-out planning
- Lead or contribute to high-impact Quick Win" projects that advance the overall goal
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data on WA performance and Customer satisfaction levels to support decision making and prioritisation
- Collaborate with local WM on regular performance reviews and develop analytics to assess WA competency levels, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Customer Insights to analyse customer feedback and draw actionable insights immediate remediation and/or refinement of WAC goals
- Support ad-hoc analysis for executive decision-making
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather insights and drive strategic alignment

JOB SKILLS
All-confirmed-and-permanent-staff-in-grade-Band-H2-to-Band-G-who-have-served-a-minimum-of-2-years-in-the-current-role-are-eligible-to-apply-for-this-position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or STEM-related field
Experience: 3 years in Strategy, Transformation, Strategic Initiatives, Business Planning or Analytics
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus
Familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
