SQL / SSRS / . NET Core Developer

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented, hands-on engineer who can build fast, reliable SQL solutions, design professional high quality SSRS reports, and develop clean, test-driven .NET Core API services.

You’ll own the full reporting stack—from schema to screen—powering critical analytics for thousands of users on our SaaS platform

• Build and own our data-to-reporting pipeline: design efficient SQL Server schemas, optimise queries, and maintain data quality.
• Create advanced, parameter-driven SSRS reports and dashboards, managing scheduling, security, and branding.
• Develop clean, well-tested .NET Core (6/8) REST APIs that expose data and integrate reports into our front-end applications.
• Collaborate with product owner and our customers to translate their requirements into reports which meet their exact requirements.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage and automate database migrations and integrations, and ensure performance, security, and uptime of production systems.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experiencing with T-SQL expertise (stored procedures, indexing, execution-plan tuning) on SQL Server 2019 +.
• 3+ years of experience building complex SSRS solutions
• Solid C# / .NET Core background (Web API, async/await, dependency injection, Dapper ORM).
• Familiar with Git-based workflows, Docker/Kubernetes or Azure App Service deployments.
• Comfortable profiling performance, hardening security, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, able to attend meetings with customers to understand their requirements and provide your team lead and customers with daily status updates

Nice to Have

• Power BI Embedded or DAX modelling experience
• Azure SQL Managed Instance / Azure Synapse
• Grafana / Prometheus or comparable monitoring stacks
• Familiarity with Angular
• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS or financial/SME-focused platforms
